Located on an extensive site in Kırşehir, Big Thermal offers a comprehensive hospitality experience with thermal pools, separate spa areas for women and men, shared facilities, multiple room categories, a congress centre and dining options.
Developed in İncek, Ankara, Meets combines restaurants, cafés, retail and social spaces on lower floors with contemporary offices above. The project aims to create a selected brand mix and modern work environment that strengthens daily life in the area.
Located on the Ankara–Istanbul highway, Batıpark brings furniture, textile, automotive, food and office spaces together through a high-street shopping concept. Its major transport axis and surrounding commercial density make it a regional destination.
The Yamaç Evler residential project, comprising 158 apartments in Ankara, was completed and delivered in 2013. It is an important example of Ertex Holding’s residential development and execution experience.
